My stay actually took place back in December 2023, but I still wanted to say that this place is awesome! I travel a lot, so I I've seen my share of domestic and international hotels... I called, before I booked the stay, and I spoke with Lindsey. She was friendly, informative, and courteous. I arrived and got checked in by Kayla. She was friendly, efficient, and kind. The next morning, I met Gordon, who ran the dining area. He was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Everyone was great! My room was comfortable and quiet for me and my two dogs, and the breakfast buffet food was delicious. My day had been rough, starting with some very unexpected and pretty severe car issues, but I am thankful for this hotel and its amazing staff.

This was my first stay at this hotel but it was a great experience all around. It’s in a prime location, right next to the mall and plenty of surrounding restaurants to choose from. The staff were all excellent, especially Mallory at the front desk. Anything we needed, they were able to help with. Their breakfast was great as well, and they have a small shop for any items you may forget such as a chargers, snacks, etc. For any future visits to the area, I will be staying at this Crowne Plaza.

Lobby was very nice. Very good location. However, room was noisy. Seems like all the rooms next to elevator were noisy. Not due to people, but due to the elevator mechanism. Do not take a 01 room on any floor. Fireplace did not work. Paid …

Great Location very easy to find with all fine shopping near by. We had a dbl room, it was very fresh an clean. But the food, yes it had small menu but it's perfect for a traveler. Weekend breakfast buffet to a pub burger the quality is well worth price.

This hotel is in an excellent location, with numerous stores in the immediate area. The rooms were clean and the staff visible. The hotel restaurant was pricey with a limited selection, so make use of the many surrounding restaurants. One minor irritation I found was the complimentary coffee, which was empty the first time I approached and was removed already on my second try. Still, the hotel is good and the employees were polite and professional.

Staying over for a conference, I was looking forward to a some quiet and isolation. I was impressed by the massive amount of space for a single king room! Clean in every spot. Very comfortable bed. The front desk staff were friendly and effecient.

Hockey tournament, so it was very busy. Only 1 elevator working, so I mentioned to the hockey coaches that it's an unspoken rule that players never take the elevator in Canada. That's why our players skate so fast. Lol That helped as all the young kids suddenly weren't filling up the only elevator available. Staff and rooms were excellent. I slept like a baby.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. Beds were comfy. Even with several groups there including youth sports teams, the hotel was very quiet. I would skip the breakfast for the price, although the staff was wonderful.
